Office Director

Sarah the Office Director who is the heart of the business, working closely with Steve, she has significant experience in HR, finance and employee management. With a background of over 15 years in sales and team management.

When Recruitive isn’t on her mind Sarah loves a glass of prosecco or 2 and spending time with her daughter Hollie, husband Stuart and her wonderful friends.

Client Services Manager

Meet Helen, Client Services Manager, who gives 100% and more every day. She always puts the client first and ensures that her team provides the best possible service to clients.

Credit Controller

Meet Wendy, she loves speaking to both customers and her colleagues internally. She is driven and loves nothing more than collecting the cash in. When not at work Wendy loves spending time with her family, decorating, gardening, baking, shopping and a glass or two of rose or gin.

Training Manager

Meet Louise, our Training manager. She enjoys helping people learn new goals, I like baking and bake cakes for numerous people, specialising for those with dietary needs. She also loves spending time with family and enjoys going on holiday with them.

She regularly goes running and has previously completed many Manchester & Rochdale10k. She also attend Parkrun’s 5k timed running event every Saturday

Principal Consultant

Meet Richard, he is our Principal Consultant. He has several years’ experience across both the Recruitment Industry and SaaS / Cloud based technologies, particularly ATS and HR solutions market.

Outside of work he enjoys cooking, socialising and spending time watching his son play both rugby and football.
